About the role
This position is for the Senior Android Engineer within Revelβs consumer experience team. On this cross-functional team you will collaborate closely with a product manager, a designer, and engineers (backend, frontend, iOS) to ship features seen by thousands of people every day. As the sole Android engineer on the team you will be responsible for all things related to the Android app: technical strategy, release lifecycle, maintenance, and feature implementation.
Technical Requirements
- 2+ years of developing Android applications with active users
- 4+ years experience building real world applications (native, web, APIs, etc)
- Experience with Kotlin, MVVM, LiveData and Flows
- Experience developing apps with extensive API touch points
- Experience integrating with 3rd party SDKs, like Google Maps
- Experience managing an Android app listed on the Play Store

Compensation and Benefits
Base compensation range for this role is $150,000 - 190,000 per year, based on experience level. Posted salary ranges are reflective of NYC and SF market compensation structures.
