Main Responsibilities
- Together with the team of Developers, Designers, QA Lead, Engineering Manager, and a Product Owner, you will work on creating the NordLocker Android application;
- Write app code in Kotlin codebase;
- Develop and maintain multi modules;
- Learn and implement best security practices in our Android app;
- Stay up to date with cutting-edge tools to ensure the excellent quality of the code;
- Implement and manage mobile CI pipeline;
- Contribute to app technical decisions, architecture, process, etc.;
- Contribute to the technical tasks, feedback forms, and technical interviews;
- Write technical documentation and RFCs;
- Ensure quality with unit testing;
- Debug and optimize application performance.
- Monitor and analyze app performance post-release to guide future improvements.
Core Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in developing Android Apps;
- Experience with modern architecture patterns (MVVM, MVI, etc.);
- Deep understanding of the Android ecosystem (APIs and SDK);
- Knowledge of memory management, profiling tools, and performance optimization techniques.
- Knowledge about data management (SQLite, Room, Retrofit, OkHttp, etc);
- Proficiency in unit testing;
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Leads technical discussions and engineering conversations within a team;
- Active contribution to work and processes improvements.
Bonus Points For
- Experience with file management on Android;
- Experience with Feature Flags;
- Experience with Jetpack Compose;
- Interest on Cybersecurity.
Salary Range
- 22700 - 32900 PLN gross per month
