About the product: Our app, launched in 2019 for Android and iOS, simplifies the process of finding new friends. This is a growing product that prioritizes user experience through Customer Journey Maps. We focus on innovative solutions, like developing alternative scoring systems for user matching and testing new business models. You will benefit from mentorship, code reviews, and a dynamic, fast-paced environment with no legacy code. Using Scrum methodology, we continuously add new features, solving complex business challenges.
In this role, you will
- Develop and support modern features
- Integrate with external APIs and services
- Optimize application performance
- Implement modern architectural solutions (e.g., MVI and KMP)
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team
It’s all about you
- 4+ years of experience in Android development
- Strong proficiency in Java and Kotlin
- Familiarity with basic architectures (Clean/MVVM/MVI) and the ability to design solutions based on requirements
- Expertise in Jetpack Compose and the composition process
- Proficiency in navigation (Cicerone/NavComponent)
- Strong knowledge of coroutines
- Solid understanding of Koin
- Strong application of SOLID principles
- Comprehensive knowledge of unit testing methods
- Proficient in modularization
- Familiarity with Kotlin Serialization/Gson
- Practical experience with third-party libraries (WebSocket, Retrofit, OkHttp, Coil, etc.)
- Understanding of streaming principles
- English proficiency: B1+
- Responsible and proactive approach
- Experience with UI tests for Compose
- Familiarity with CI/CD and optimization processes
- Experience with KMP
- Experience with Dagger/Hilt
- Experience with Google billing services
