Nicolas Machado

Hello My name is Nicolas Machado, I’m a software developer with more than 20 years of experience. I’ve been working in different industries and companies in the past few years. As a graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science. I have gained some valuable experiences. I started my expertise in procedural languages, like Clipper and VB on Windows and RPG, CLP on AS/400 environments, which is where I develop my expertise. Through my years as a software developer and with the emergence of new technologies and programming languages, I accompanied and learned from them to strengthen my position in the industry. And also I have been acquiring different knowledge in different technologies, such as project management and agile development methods. As a developer I always try to evolve with the technology, Learning new languages, methodologies and ways to deliver more and more efficient apps to the user. I’m an organized and proactive person. I always try to look for the best solution to a problem, I work well under pressure. I have good communication skills which makes me an open-minded person and an approachable one. Nowadays I’m fully committed to Android development , with great expertise in Kotlin, of course, Jetpack compose, clean architecture, MVVM. Also I’ve been working with Koin and Dagger/Hilts as Dependency Injection framework, Retrofit as RestApi Client, Apollo as GraphQl Client, Room Database as local storage manager, among other tools like Exoplayer, Rudderstack, etc.
