At Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), I have led the architectural revamp of the flagship SmartOffice enterprise application, migrating a legacy codebase to MVVM/Clean Architecture with Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, and Flow, which cut cold-start and screen load times by 50% across more than 10,000 enterprise devices. I built a shared network module using Retrofit and OkHttp to standardize secure API calls to multiple back-end services, and integrated the HID Mobile Access SDK with NFC and BLE to enable secure IoT-based digital badge access across DEWA facilities — direct, hands-on experience with the kind of embedded-device communication your program requires.
