Sanat Kumar Dhawan

I am Sanat Kumar, a second-year Electronics and Communication Engineering student at SRMIST Chennai (expected graduation 2028), with a strong academic record and hands-on experience at the intersection of product thinking, UI/UX design, and AI-assisted development. Alongside my academics, I serve as Associate Head at PLACFV, SRM's student placement cell, where I coordinate and manage a large team of members — an experience that has sharpened my communication, ownership, and organisational skills considerably. My recent work includes leading product strategy and documentation for EarnSafe, a parametric insurance platform for food delivery riders built during the Guidewire DEVTrails 2026 hackathon, as well as developing Jambites, a jam-aware food and medicine delivery Android application. I approach development through AI-assisted workflows — using tools like Cursor, Kiro, and Replit AI — which allows me to move quickly from idea to working product while staying focused on user experience and strategic clarity.
