What You'll Do
- This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for the client regarding any requirements related to Android development.
- Work with the Product Manager and Designer to design and development of our Android application
- Involvement in the complete development cycle -product development, test automation, CI/CD pipeline, and application development.
- Provide technical leadership in the end-to-end design, development, and testing of solutions.
- Work with technical leads, managers, and Product stakeholders to define and manage the technical roadmap.
- Prepare and present potential technical solutions and advise the business on approach and tradeoffs.
- Provide high-level effort estimates in the absence of detailed requirements.
- Communicate solution approaches to architects, project teams, and other stakeholders.
What You Know
- Need 10+ years of Android experience
- Have a strong eye for delta and appreciate finely tuned, delightful apps
- Expert with programming languages such as Java & Kotlin.
- Have working experience with AndroidX, Glide, Retrofit, REST & Gson
- Are Familiar with MVVM/MVP patterns
- Have strong CS fundamentals
- Have experience shipping apps and managing deployment processes via Google Play Developer Console
- Balances getting things done with making things perfect
- Takes pride in mentoring other developers
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Compensation Band
- $120-130k per year
